1992 2.3L Ranger won't start.

I am not a mechanic at a all.

I have 1992 Ranger, 2.3L that will not start.

I have put in a new fuel filter, plugs, coils, and plug wires. the inertia switch is good. The fuel pump is working.

What am I missing, I cannot get it started?

is what I would check and the cps,then plugs to c if they are wet from fuel. imo

check the 3 ground screws on the ICM( needs all three to properly ground)
