1991 4.0 tranny problem

For some reason my tranny/transfer case is hitting the bottom of my cab? I replaced the transmission mount but the transfercase is hitting. Any ideas on what to do? Also my transmission is clicking when I drive and has a small whine, I replaced the fluid but is still making the noises, it shifts just fine though. I heard I can 30 weight oil in instead of atf, would that quite down the noise at all? I really appreciate any help I can get thank you
