1991 4.0 Resurrection

Hey guys and dolls.
So I've got this truck. It's a 91. With a 4.0. It's been sitting in a barn for a couple of years. Hasn't run since it went in. I now have the time to get it going and play with it again. Why I'm here is that I'm wondering if any of you know of a way to circulate oil through the engine given that you can't pull off the distributor to turn the oil pump. I'd appreciate any advice anyone has.

Put some lightweight oil in a spary bottle and pul thevalve covers, spray everything real god and let it sit for an hour or so, Then just turn it over a couple times.
