1990 Supercab Rear Glass

My Son-in-law is looking for a rear glass for a 1990 Supercab. He's being told it's made different and is no longer made. Glass repair shops here say they can't get it because it's no longer made. Is this true? Like to know cause we've got a couple super's in the family. What say ya?

Go to the junkyard if you have one in your area...or...at least...call around to see if they even have the 90 style. That is called a Gen II Ranger (89-92) and they may actually match a Gen I ranger (83-88) but pretty sure they won't match with a Gen III (93-97)...

There is a parts interchangeable list being built and I just found this...

regular cabs are the odd ball, 83-97 reg cab back windows interchange

ext cab is 83-current, and 98+ reg cab(only cab that wont bolt to a 97 and older frame) share the same back window

That is a direct cut and paste but I have no idea how accurate that is...

Call around with that...if it makes it easier and saves time...

Also there were are few places on-line that ship within the US...I found a part that nobody in Canada had...but the price was a bit much for my wallet.
