1989 Ford Ranger driveshaft

So, I just bought a 1989 Ford Ranger from a friend of mine. It is a lot of fun to drive and I enjoy it. The only problem is, when I was driving downtown today, my rear driveshaft broke due to age of the driveshaft and the U Joint. Normally this wouldnt be a big problem because there are plenty of junk yards around and I have a second car to drive, but the problem is I am moving next week about 500 miles. Does anybody know where to find a rear driveshaft and U joint that offers next day delivery? Does anyone have one that they would like to sell and overnight. I am willing to travel anywhere within Michigan's Upper Peninsula to pick up. I am located in Ishpeming, 11 miles from Marquette.
