First post. Bought my aunt's dads ranger earlier this year, 105k miles give or take (one roll over), I'm pretty sure well maintained and has sat for the last 5 years. Basically trying to determine what it lifetime is looking like. I've done some gasket replacements, new radio, cleaned it up etc. but my big concern is my oil pressure dipping at idle (main concern being it's the bearings). I've done some drives with it no problem but it needs a bit of other work. I'm trying to determine if the engine is tired out and if doing repairs like fixing the radiator and oil pressure sensor etc are worth it. I love the truck and love having an old school ride. Any advice on where yall think it's at in the long run is much appreciated!
Cheers

What engine does it have?

IMO put a real gauge on it and see for sure what is going.

2.9L V6. Real time gauge would do me good, I've got my second leak on the oil level sensor, my pressure gauge is nicely caked with gunk so this is probably my next step.

Compression/leak down test will tell you a lot. Thinking 150-170 psi are good numbers.
