1988 Ford Ranger 2.0 Carb Problems

Im having trouble figuring out how to hookup the carb properly seems like the person who owned it unhooked hoses and I cant figure out where they need to go

There should be a decal under the hood showing the vacuum schematic, if not look here in the tech library.

Yes there is a decal but the problem is im not sure if im missing pieces like Ts for
the hoses ive tried looking for pictures of it setup on the carb already but im not having any luck

First thing I'd do is clean the silicone off the air horn. Second thing would be hit the guy who siliconed it on the forehead with a mallet.
Try to find an 88 Ranger EVTM- that's Electrical and Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual- it will show you a complete schematic. You could search through the Hemmings Motor News classifieds or maybe someone here has one and will offer to scan some pages.
