Im looking for info on whats this style efi has like maf or map i no there's a iac and o2 sensor but how does it measure tge air commin in??

An 88 probably is speed density, so MAP sensor and intake temp sensor. Temperature and engine vacuum are compared to throttle position to determine the likely oxygen density of the air charge in the intake.
