1987 EGR Tube Part Number

I went by the Ford Dealer again today and although they no longer can get the part the Ford EGR tube part number is E7TZ - 9D477 - F. I have searched on line and it seems no one has this particular tube. I have engineered a fix and the vehicle is running great now.

Yeah I know it's very hard to come by. If you cannot find one in a junk yard, why not just switch to a 1988+ computer? It totally ignores all of the EGR components.

How did you engineer a fix, I’m currently having this exact issue with my 87’ and can’t find the part anywhere.
Do you know if an 91’ egr tube will work on my 87’?
