1986 Ranger XLT Dome slock/lights(anyone know about these?)

1986 Ranger XLT overhead console - clock/lights(anyone know about these?)

Does anybody know how i get this overhead console off the roof without damaging it? i am not too familiar with interior work. and i've had a hard time finding ANY other rangers with this, so i cant find replacement parts.
Any help? if i need to take out my headliner, that's part of the plan. i just wanna know before i dive in.

Look for hidden screws or tabs to pull off the black face plate. it probably snaps into place and I would imagine that the beige piece is attached by screws.
