1984 Ranger weight?

I've been looking around the net trying to find a straight answer on how much a 1984 Longbed Ranger with the V6 weighs? All I can come up with is what the truck is capable of carrying plus its weight. I was thinking somewhere in the ballpark of 2800-3000 lbs. Maybe less, maybe more.

My 2.3 5speed 2wd 1993 is 3100 lbs on the scale. So your v6 I am sure is more then that.

Yeah, but the 1993 was fuel injected, and had all kinds of add ons like air bags, etc. I think it probably weighs about the same as your 2.3, maybe even less. But like I said theres no straight answer any where on the net. All I could find is the 93-Current weights, which range any where from 3100 to 4000lbs. My 1997 3.0L Ranger weighs about 3250lbs...
