1984 ranger roof rack help

looking to attach my rack to my rangers rood but cant figure out a clamp or something to hold it ... want to keep it low so was figuring or trying to figure a way to build a clamp for the drip rail ... watcha think

Yakima. I have a nice setup from them with my roof basket as well for my 99 Ranger. Easy to install and you can get them with locks too. Onion River Sports has great deals on Yakima. I have 3 of their roof racks for our rides. Search ORS for roof racks, cross bars and wind farings.

yeah i looked at those .. just dont want to spend the money..lol... im a cheap ass i know... im pretty good with fabrication just trying to get some ideas
