I understand that, just wanted to point out to be aware of pressure output when choosing pump for carb, and not get one for efi which would be too high. On these old 2.8 engines, the pump is such a pain to get at (although not as much of a pain as ones mounted inside tank) that I get why folks want to delete and install powered pump in-line.
