Clean off some more 'stuff' and look again. The serpentine belt idler & tension adjustment is an assembly bolted just below the alternator. It has a pivot bolt and an adjuster bolt.
The pulley & bearings are not replaceable separately unless you can find a new 'axle' or rivet for the pulley to ride on.
If you remove it fully, and clean if off, there's a part number embossed onto the bracket. Search for that number on the web. Amazon had several listed.
Did I understand what you were trying to relate?

If there is a bolt through the center of the idler, you can loosen the bolt to remove the pulley along with the bearing. RockAuto had a pulley with bearing that they tried to tell me would work on mine. If I had a removable bolt in the center, I could have used it, but the mount for my idler was riveted onto a plate with the adjuster slot.
