Found! 1983-1988 Bottom steering wheel cover

Seeking 1st gen bottom steering shaft cover. It is a 2 part upper and lower sections. top is good shape, bottom one has a screw hole that pulls through so the left side of the cover droops. any colour as I can dye the cover black.

Some 2-part epoxy would probably fix yours right up.

i wish it was that easy. the holder is gone where the screw meets up to the other plate. there is nothing holding the base to the top. as i said it is PULLED THROUGH" meaning there is nothing there to hold anything.
