who out there has the shock length (compressed & extended) measurements to get the max out of stock beam on dropped mounts with extended arms or even an all stock setup. Any 7s guys want to give up their research? All in the stock location and mounts. Thanks

i think 6" 4x4 lift shocks should get a little more than that, but strap it and bump it, you'll have 14-15". when we first built our front suspension, we used 4" lift shocks (10" stroke maybe? i forget) and we could cycle 14" with no bump stop or limit straps. BDS 6" lift shock is the specific shock i'm refering to, i don't know the measurements off the top of my head.

yes, bds is the brand, they are a local company. we've had great luck with them, they're pretty heavy duty for a cheap shock.

to answer my own question- foutz motorsports gets 14-15" out of the stock beams

Hi i'm trying to do a similar set up on my truck. I'm wondering how can you fix the camber with that much leng of coil on stock beams and stock location.

thanks
