Ok I don't get it? The right side hub keeps engauging and disengaging, changed wheel bearings and spindle bearings and tried two different lock outs, can the axle be sliding to far out? Or are my lock outs just junk? These are manual locking , and I only use 4x4 every now and then

Have you pulled them and inspected them? Anything worn down?

The lock out was full of grease , soaked it in ATF cleaned it up, still does it, pulled one off my donor, cleaned it up, same thing, this is only happening on the right side

Ok after doing some reading online, I decided to take apart the lock out, after doing this I found out the bearing was completely shot, the lock out I took off my donor was the same story, so I took the other lock out off the the donor, and what do you know, everything is fixed, moral of the story, if you take off junk and put different junk back on, you still have junk!!!
