You could but it wouldn't work very well. The tires would be very easy to knock off the bead.

Its technically doable, but its not a good idea.
The tire isn't designed to flex that way, so your stressing the sidewall. I would question whether the tread would even lie flat with the sidewalls being flared out so much, leading to funny wear.

Im sure you can find someone who would mount them, but I wouldn't be surprised if some places would flat out refuse to.
Oh! And it'll look incredibly silly.
