i was going to go with a 2" body lift, but i need to put to use some 1" PA blocks i bought for my ranger i never used. what size bolts do i need and how many? ive searched and searched but cant come up with anything

where did you buy the blocks?
how much were they?
are they 2" wide or 3" wide?

3" wide, got them from 4wheelparts about 3 or 4 yrs ago for 1.25 each

for a bronco II you should need 10 bolts, and around 6" long just to be sure. more than likely you could get away with 5", the bolts on my 3" body lift are 7". so if i were you id just get 12 (2 spares) 6" long bolts

the 3" kit for my ranger has 7" bolts. so id go with 5" and have alittle left over.

just whatever you do make sure you have plenty of threads on the them in case 6 inches is to long.. why don't you pull a stock bolt and measure? just add an inch.

might pull one, are they all the same length? i know they are 12mm

will i need some washers or nuts?

i think they all are the same length except the ones at the radiator support.. i may do a 1 inch body lift in the future, i gotta fit 33's...

Bolts are inexpensive. Purchase the 6" and apply hacksaw where and if necessary. Better to have 6 too long, in need of trimming, than 6 too short, with a second trip for hardware.

Does one have to BUY a body lift kit, or can u simply piece it together with parts? I'd like to see about a 2" body lift on my ex, along with my 2" suspension lift.

I think I used 4 or 4 1//2" when I replaced my bushings (stock) so 5 inch should do, but I do remember needing 6" bolts for the very back ones so maybe 2 7" bolts for the very back.
