1/2 Ton Buggy Build

looks good. thought about a lightweight buggy a time or two unfortunately weather up here is very unpredictable and often times trailering is out of the question as well

if ypur anything me you never runs doors anyways. as long as you skin the sides and roof it should be about the same.

btw the sliders showed up thanks theyre far larger then i expected but are gonna work great.

Good to hear you got them I was wondering. I ran my Ranger with the doors on and off, it's a different experience with them off. But just having a few tubes is going suck in the rain  Probably invest in a rain suit.

Was going to buy some off-road lights for the grill but I kind of like the stock lights.

still think with a lexan windshield skinned sides and an aluminum top it shouldnt be any worse then a regular jeep

Its coming together nicely.

I think you could do removeable Lexan front windows as well as a removeable top of some sort....using Dzus fasteners.....

still be easy to mount a external heater like they use for tractors/forklifts....for those cold days:icon_thumby::icon_thumby:

Will have a aluminum roof for sure.

Tuff Stuff 1 wire alternator arrived today. Gives it some bling.

You have a standard rotation water pump?

98% of the time id agree jeeps are gay but seeing as how that looks like a gpw grille it means its a ford and it has a 302 and.ford axles so its not a jeep. its still a ford :icon_thumby:
