08 Ford Ranger lift kit

I want to add a lift kit (not long travel) to my 08 Ranger XLT, 2wd, coil suspension, but there are not many kits available for 08's. What is the difference with any compared to an 07? I believe I should be able to use the Fabtech 2.5in lift kit for an 07. Does anyone know if it will work?

The 07 Fabtech kit will be fine. Check with them to be sure. Just make sure you get the coil spring kit.

Fabtech is good, but you can't run the stock off set wheels with it, if that isn't a problem go for it. I chose the doetsch kit because you can run the stock wheels with it and I wasn't ready to get new wheels.

You should check out www.suspensionmax.com also. They carry all the Springtech stuff for super cheap. There shipping is quick too. I'm pretty sure your suspension is the same as the 98-07.
