08 escape light

So I have an employee with an 08 escape with a light in the cluster showing a car with a bolt next to it. Sorry, I have no time to research this at work. Anyone know what it is?

"A car with a bolt next to it"?

Is it a car, with a T-shaped object pointing at it on roughly a 45* angle moving up to the right, located roughly next to the 110 MPH mark on the speedometer?

If so, that is the fuel cap light. It means the fuel cap is off, or another large evap leak has been detected.

No problem man. I saw that and was sittin' here scratching my head thinking "WTF ".

So I went and pulled up the shop manual and looked at the cluster diagram.

I never even saw the light til after you gave me the anwser. I thought the same thing about her crazy description. but ya thanks alot bud.
