im looking for a new bed & i noticed the newer rangers have 10 bolts in them compared to my 94s 6. does anyone know if the bolt holes will still match up w/ the older frames?

Older frames don't have the extra dilled holes in the frame for the J-nut and the bolt that runs through it. The 6 you've got now are in the same spot on the frame on the 09's. The extra 4, you'll have to drill out the frame or just not run bolts in those holes. The likelyhood of finding a 08 and older bed is alot more likely than an 09+ bed, plus, the price would be alot better too.

2009 trucks are the ones that got the extra bed bolts(for some crazy stupid unknown reason!). All '08's are the same old 6 bolt.

yep it will any bed from 93 up will fit any truck from 93 up

^^^ well no shit long beds and short beds arent interchangeable thats common scene

Just remember...when you dent that stepside, it'll be a big ole crack instead of a dent.

if it comes to that itll just be an excuse to play with fiberglass. pretty confident it wont be an issue unless i get in an accident.
