06 3.0L Rough Idle

Hey everyone, making a post for my dad's 06 3.0L Ranger. It is having an issue where it idles rough and hesitates when given any throttle. Will run smooth after hesitation. Codes stored are P0300 and P0316. Fuel trim on Bank 2 long term is staying around -7.0%. We have sprayed all over the engine with brake cleaner, could not find any vacuum leaks. Camshaft position sensor, MAF sensor, IAC sensor, Crankshaft position sensor have all been replaced. Checked TPS with meter, appears to be operating normally. Truck has had new exhaust system installed, including new catalytic converters. We replaced PCV valve today, found that it was not sealing properly. No exhaust leaks are audible or can be found at manifolds. Spark plugs and wires are good, and double checked firing order to make sure wires are plugged into proper place. New coil pack has been installed. We are not sure where to go from here, any advice or knowledge would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Also forgot to mention, fuel pump has been replaced.

give this a try

Hold the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor, this engages the "clear flooded engine" protocol.
Try and start the truck, it should not start, the injectors should not be firing, if it tries to start, then one or more of the injectors is leaking
