slam on the brakes or have a lot of pressure build up in the brakes and the brake pedal vibrates pretty bad and I hear a wobbling sound (havent been able to place it though, might be the pedal).

ideas?

Maybe a rotor is warped have you towed anything? Hauled? Done any excessive braking?

not really, its just general farm work and adsm08 already did all the rotors on a lathe.

Actually, I think I only did the front ones. IIRC the front pads were shot, so we did those, and the rears were about to eat a rotor but we couldn't get caliper that was stuck OR the pads that day, so I didn't do the rear.

There is your problem. :icon_thumby:

He may still be correct. If you cut a rotor and make it thinner it takes less to warp it again.

it did it before then too

It could still be the rear rotors if they were not replaced. It could also be a bearing or steering link in the front.

I don't think I looked the front end over for vibration issues when I worked on it last. I just saw that it already needed brakes and said "hey, lets see if cutting the rotors helps any."

Well, when I bring it up Im sure we can figure it out. I can say it might be the bearings though.

It would be awesome if it was just the bearings. Those are fairly easy to do.

well, the truck powerslides great, so I know its not the hubs lol

I wasn't so concerned with the rotors being cut but who cut the rotors. :icon_thumby:

HAHA. I actually am not a huge fan of the lathe that I used, but it was the only one working at the time.

Come to think of it, it's the only one working again now. We somehow managed to break the auto-feed on a Pro-Tech Warthog.
