'04 4.0 SOHC EGR Diagram

I checked all the 12v and 5v wiring and it all read good. I replaced the "new" EGR Vacuum Solenoid with another new one and I haven't had the code come back; not even pending on the PCM.

"New" no longer means "it works"
New now means "never tested"
"WE" are now the Quality Control Department for most companies

I think that the original "new" one that I got first was a return to the parts store. The one that is working was wrapped in plastic in the box where the first one was not.
