03 Ranger Front axle droop

Need some advice,

My 03 Ranger FX4 is starting to droop in the front end causing massive negative camber. I know the older Rangers had a problem with this and the fix was a spring spacer. A friend of mine said ball joints are going bad. Any ideas on which it might be, and possible fixes for that. Thanks

Your truck does not have front springs, it has torsion bars. Most likely it is a bad ball joint. I had one go bad on my old 02 Ranger when it was still on warranty. If it still has sag then you can adjust the torsion bars to level it.
