Hydraulic clutches are "adjustable" but it is an automatic adjustment on the pressure plate. As the clutch wears it is supposed to automatically adjust in. If the clutch is slipping, unless the slave cylinder or a rear seal on the engine have gone out and are dumping fluid on the clutch, it's time for a new one.
