03' front bumper on 00' ranger

Hello guys, Im having a hard time figuring out the brackets for a 2003 edge front bumper. I plan on installing the bumper on a 2000 ford ranger.
I have the Front bumper and all brackets needed I just cant figure out how they bolt up. Ive spent a lot of time scrolling through the forums and google.
Any help would be appreciated.
