was wondering can you put a 02 Lincoln aviator dash all of it even door panels in a 02 ford ranger ex cab

I don't think so. From what I understand the Aviator is much wider than the Ranger.

The Aviator is really just an Explorer. 02 would be a 3rd gen Ex. That was when it wasn't really Ranger based anymore. You may be able to fit the dash, but it won't just bolt in.
