Well, my truck has slowly been getting worse and worse. rough idle, p0306 code ONLY (so not ignition wires or pack as they have been replaced) that comes and goes, and HORRID noise once the engine is warm. The damn engine makes dick for power now. going up a hill I cant rev it high or else I get the nasty sound then a drop in fuel as inalot of fuel consumption. which leads me to believe a valve issue. It sound like a valve issue. My question to you guys, Is have you fixed this type of issue before and was it the valve/valve seat? please let me know before I pull the heads...
