01 cobra fuel tank leak

hey i have a leak coming from my fuel tank from the center. it only leaks when i top it off then when ever i stop and go it sloshes out a little. its not leaking from the filler neck grommet so im trying to figure out what could be leaking. any and all help will be greatly appreciated. i cant stand the smell anymore.

any help here would be greatly appreciated i have a road trip coming up and dont feel like dumping my gas while driving down the highway

Could very possibly be coming from the sending unit / pump o-ring, but should have a check engine light for gross evap leak if thats the case

no check engine light just leaking fuel im gonna drop the tank when i get home and hopefully its an easy fix....ive never messed with fuel tanks before so this will be new to me
