i replaced the ignition coil, and the ignition module. I have no spark what so ever on any plug wire, any ideas?

my idea is to help us out a little by atleast providing us with the most basic of information about the truck and engine youre working on...

are you getting voltage to the coil at the connector?check for voltage there,if good, check the coil wire for continuity.also check the dizzy cap and rotor.these rotors can come loose.all i can think of.

I got 12volts at the coil for sure. will check the cap and button tomorrow

yeah, the coil wire its self is what i would think of first. what kind of condition are the wires and distributor in? did you just buy the truck not running or did it run and suddenly quit?

i bought it not running, guy said it sat up for a year before i got it, The Cap and wires look really new, there is mud all of the truck and engine but the wires and cap are really overly clean.

Check that you have fire going to the distributor thru the coil wire.
