special tool from ford

I'm installing my crank positioning sensor and do not have the special tool from Ford. I was wondering what else I could use to make sure that I am at TDC. So that my timing is correct I am in need of this help ASAP please if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Im losing work while my...
