Those figures are pretty accurate. Every 3.5 dB of attenuation is 50% less signal strength. I served 5 years for the cable company in Phoenix. If you need a cable with less attenuation, look at RG11.
You'd want the JBA headers for a true dual exhaust. The ones I had on my 2.9, the ball sockets at the collector kept loosening up and leaking so I had someone weld them to cure the problem. The silver coating looks decent. The other JBA set has surface rust from being outside for 15 years. $350...
The Borla headers are in great shape. The crossover pipe can be shortened to fit the 2.9. I have 2 sets of JBA headers for the 2.9 in storage, not near me currently. I think I still have the set of Hedmann headers I had on my 4.0 Aerostar van.
