My carbs choke doesn’t close all the way but it only dies when it gets really hot

I had problems with it stalling and not turning on when it got hot so i replaced the TFI module and the same thing is still happening. Any ideas on what it could be? Did i not put enough silicon heat sink? Did i not tighten the bolts correctly? Or is it a completley different problem?

And also the air temperature flow sensor was just dangling out not plugged into anything could this be part of the problem?
