Also here is my Engine with Everything off of it, down to the bare block.

That looks like someone sprayed expanding foam on them. Did you already get the new heads you were talking about?

It was so gross. haha.
Not yet, Monday or so... but im not sure if my engine is shot.. look at my other post in General Discussion, no has commented on that yet..

My entire engine had that all through it when I cracked the block and had muddy water in it

If that was in your valve cover, inmagine whats in the oil pan and in the block. You may want to pull the oil pan or give the engine an oil flush after you done.

That's nothing. Wait until you start pulling apart GM 60 and 90 degree V6's that have intake gasket leaks that go ignored.

Yep. Flush the oil galleries and do a very thorough coolant flush.

Looks like thats been going on for a while doesn't it! I would definitely flush and do everything everyone has mentioned!

At this point, I'd pull the block and put in some new bearings. It doesn't look like it would be that much more work. You know that antifreeze and bearings don't get along too well.

i've only ever seen the 60 degrees do it :icon_confused: in fact i though that was a problem exclusive to the 60 degrees :dunno: as they have that weird intake manifold design where the upper part of the intake runner is part of the valve cover

damn that looks like baby s$#t in your valve covers...............yuck

id pull it the rest of the way down as well, antifreeze will wash out your bearings and the only way to verify their current condition, without putting things back together and having them go out, is to just finish pulling the motor and take apart the lower end.

The guy i bought it off of used the stop leak, and it started happening when I got it but very slowly... I plan on flushing everything, I havent driven her in 2 weeks.

I almost lost my lunch looking at those pictures. Looks like you put "Great Stuff" expanding foam in them to fill the crack in the head! LOL!:icon_rofl:
