the slo-vo build thread...

damn those are some good looking wheels.

thats what i want, but someone will have to drop off a winning lottery ticket on my doorstep first....the rangers budget just keeps going down and down...

sad to hear that buddy :(

I understand, with a little rascal on the way, time to focus on other priorities.

Fuuuuuck, that think is shaking like crazy. And those wheels are pimptastic. I'd be scared to scratch em haha.

yea its pretty crazy up there, there is a constant 20 mph wind through there because of these HUGE air intakes right behind us....and as you can tell you cant hear yourself think there's so much noise. it suckssss.

lol yea id have to leave the truck in the driveway and walk the trail for fears of scratching the wheels :thefinger:

finally threw my HID's in my KC knockoff's...took some work since they sent me the wrong bulbs but oh well i made it work.

they are relayed off my high beams

I need to do that! Looks badass.

im not real happy with the beam pattern once i got them done, i think before long ill be pulling them back apart and moving the bulb back as much as i can to focus it more

i wanna do that to my hella's to... i only wanna run 2 lights since usually on night rides only the trail leader has all the lights on so... a lot of lights just aint needed. unless you ride alone, which is not a great idea...

they are pretty bright, but will be much better once setup right...

as of right now you know how when you screw the lens all the way in right before it shuts off on a mag light? there is a big bright ring around the outside kind of dead through the center and a bright spot in the middle. the bulb deffinantly needs to be moved back.

just got into too much of a rush and threw them in without trying it out

as for the trail leader bein the only one runnin offroad light's my club your aloud to in certain senarios's not on open stuff tho. and everyone's light's get turned down tword's the ground. that's when flood's are king pencil beam's dont do much unless your cruzin anywho. that's the only nice thing bout having my light's mounted soo far forward is that i can still get a good pattern when angled down.

Common curtesey (sp) is what is important. if your coming into a situation where your gonna be lightin up the inside of somone else's rig we shut em down.

i dont get out in the woods too much at night, if i am im usually by myself just playing across the river...really just wanted them for out on the backroads to have some light i dont have the best night vision when driving so the brighter the better

i do ALOT of night cruzin and definately feel the same way to more light the better on backroad's. light's look sweet with the blue tint to them! :headbang:

they were suposed to be crystal white...sent me the wrong bulbs and color but oh well didnt want to mess with shipping them back at my cost probably to get the wrong ones again
