I will say that the gas prices have changed my driving habits quite a bit

actually gwaii would have us beat. him being at 1.59 a litre. and being 3.78 litres in a gallon, he should be paying $6.01 a gallon
but math isnt one of my brightest subjects so correct me if im wrong

Try having to fill the tank on a Bronco about 2 times a week, then cry. 32 gallon tank X 3.55 X 2 = $225/wk roughly . Kind of encourages me to hurry up and get something else running that is cheaper to operate.

I do have sympathy for the diesel owners though, its $4.65 here.

I'd rather be rocking a deisel, though... the milage is worth the extra cost. Geo tracker with 1.6, 12-14MPG vs. Tracker with TD swap, about 32-35 MPG. Oh, and on 32" mud tires at that! waiting on rebuild kit for the leakyas s fuel pump, that's why I am not driving it.

Psshh you guys think thats bad? here in juneau, alaska we're pushing four dollars, and in glennallen where my mom lives she's paying close to five dollars a gallon. In all this, it's ridiculous, Alaska produces most of the united states oil, so why is it more expensive than places on the east coast? Politics thats why. Anyways that's for another forum

Its almost 4 bucks a gallon here in Anchorage but last I heard in some of the villages in the interior its up to almost 15 bucks a gallon.

Good thing I haven't been driving my truck alot, Its nice being able to ride a bike to work and school.
