Installed Some Under Bed Rail Lights

I bought two 4' flexible LED rope lights a while back on ebay. I really kinda forgot that i had them. Today i decided to install them.

I bought two 4' lengths of 3/4" aluminum angle and some double sided tape.

First i started by double sided taping the light rope to the angle stock. I measured and centered them on the and drilled some holes. I then tapped them for some allen headed button head stainless bolts and then simply wired them to my dome light. What ya think?

That'd be handy as hell for hunting. Too many times my brother and I have changed clothes out in the field, and tried to gather everything up in the dark.

Where did you run the wire into the cab at?

If you look on the passenger side cab floor from underneath you will see a rubber grommet. I ran it through that!
