i had to steal my own truck today

i usually dont need a key for my truck and can start it by turning those little ears on the ignition but today it decided it didnt want to work that way and i was too far from home to have somebody bring my keys so i broke the switch out and now i have to start my truck using a screwdriver to push the rod forward. this sucks

Don't feel bad, I once had to do that once. Then I replaced the key tumbler and set the pins to match my current key. Works like new again, and only costed about $20 for the stupid part, but took a few hours on getting the key pins correctly set.
