4.0l ohv swap to sohc

I have a 2000 Ranger 4x4 with a 4.0l ohv that needs some work- I stumbled across a 2000 Explorer SOHC engine and was wondering if this is a direct swap? Will the transmission bolt up without adapters? will the wiring plug right in? Are the motor mounts the same? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes

any help will be greatly appreciated.

You will need the engine, wiring, computer, Y-pipe, and custom tune to bypass PATS.
