lol its a 25 year old lincoln, kind of a hand me down but it does the job just have to know how to work it...taught myself to weld on this thing
doubt ill ever get rid of it because it does good for sheetmetal type stuff, but would like to get a 2nd good welder. thinking about going miller the next go around.
some of you may laugh about what i bought today, but for what i need its perfect. i sold my 1964 driftwood camper back a few months ago and had plans to make me a truck bed trailer camper but this thing popped up on craigslist this morning for $600 bucks, just for shits an giggles i sent the guy an offer for $300...10 minutes later he e-mailed me back and said come get it. i was pretty suprised that he took half his asking price for an off so i went to look at it, it needs a little work so i hemhawed around with him and snagged it for $200

its just big enough for me to sleep in and store all the gear i need on weekend trips.
this thing is LIGHT, as in im 150lb's and i can pick both back tires off the ground from the back. tonight i flipped the axle to get it ready for my 235's on some stock deer prints, i will have to rework the fenders but i think it will alot better then the little 12 inch wheels
also the inside will be getting insulated and some windows put in along with some shelving and carpet.
to build the truck bed trailer the way i wanted i would have spent $600-$700 and it would have weighed probably 1k pounds which would have sucked pulling around behind the ranger. so all in all i think it will work perfect
