the slo-vo build thread...


It looks to me like the pivot side should come down a little bit but then I see it wouldn't quite match up to the center of the ring gear. In other words: I got nothin' :dunno:

yea to be in line with the space between the bolts it has to be at an angle like that...

i got to looking at the camburg 44 beams and they are done close to the same way so i guess ill plate it and call it a day
 
thanks, give me a day or 2 and ill get them finished up and cleaned up with some good pictures..

also i still have to plate the open back of the driver beam

lost a left front wheel bearing on the way to work, it doesnt sound good....hopefully i didnt trash the spindle




EDIT: yup trashed the rotor and spindle

I got spares in the B2 if you want to avoid the jy in this cold. Spindle, bearings, rotor, caliper, and nuts. Also have the axle shafts too.

looks good. Why are you trussing it anyway? Are you going to be jumping it?
 
Why not truss it? Bash it off a few rocks/stumps, they can bend.
 
yea dont want to have to worry about it...its sitting here i have the steel and the time so i might as well take care of the weak points while im at it...
