The one I bought is another 96, but that was what I was going to do if I got the 94

Went to the dealer to order some bellhousing bolts, I wish I ordered them earlier, they arnt getting here till next wed or thurs, and it was 22 bucks for 4 bolts

Got my engine last friday, over the last few days I swapped water pumps, Fixed a valve cover ( I think the engine sat on its side for a while), swapped on my wiring harness ( they cut some wires), swapped on my PS pump and ALT. and some other stuff. Tomorrow Im installing the valve cover, installing spark plugs, filling with oil, and buttoning up a few other things, then it should be ready to go back in the truck.

Yep, Im hoping I can have it running by Saturday, but Im not sure if I can get insurance on it by The weekend, and it needs to go to I and M

Im pretty sure that my engine was dropped at the yard before I got it. Broken valve cover

Theres also some other misc bent or broken parts all on the same side
If you can't read it this says, Made in Honduras.......I wonder if RSH made my engine harness

Anyways, most likely calling insurance to get it reinsured friday so I can drive it over the weekend, then its on to get the sniff test monday.

An emissions test, some places have a handheld tester they put behind the exhaust pipe, some people call it the sniff test.

thought thats wat u meant but wasnt sure that stuff has to suck and it costs alot of money to diag why its failing and then fix it

Yea, Oregon is pretty chill, should pass fine. Although I want to run it for a couple of hours before taking it in, got a few chemicals in the engine I want to burn off. Actually im planning on driving it this weekend then taking it in Monday.

Not much done today, took my clutch into the clutch shop, the guy there said its in great condition which is awesome. Im gunna try to get some stuff done tomorrow.

Except stupid me forgot to check the water pump gasket, I'm going to have to replace it tomorrow.

Did the waterpump fix in about 1.5 hours today and worked some kinks out, burned off all the nasty outta the engine and off of the exaust manifolds and it went great, took her wheeling in the snow and mud, camera died after one pic so I used my cell, so I need to borrow a micro usb and cable to transfer to my pc. Heres the pic.
