marked for the first cut.....i like to use masking tape to mark some awkwardly shaped things as it can be repositioned easilly if needed.

and split one way...

then the other.

marked for cutting....

and tacked in place.

of course,this is the side you'll see.that gets the back end roughed in,now for the front.

no math

now you need to take a 90,divide it by 4 and add two quarters to a 5'' pipe divided by two
=1 rocker.

the other end.....that's as far as i got before stopping for dinner.

hope the ice cubes didn't water it down too much.

with both ends in,you can see how the sidepipe sits in it.

of course it's upside down and off the car here,but you can see what the elbow sections are for.i could have hammered this out,but it's so quick and clean this way it's worth the 100 beans.

i appreciate the thought,man....but that sort of thing can turn fun into work,and nobody wants that!


having said that,i'm always ready to answer questions to the best of my abillity.....as long as it's not 'i have this truck....can you design everything for me from scratch and tell me how to build it all.i don't want to spend any money,either'.
