just wondering, hve been looking at "the shiftster" as a possibility to get rid of a failing e shift case motor, but has anyone rigged one of them to a stock in-cab manual shift linkage? i think it would be pretty badass if that was possible.

IIRC the Shiftster and the stock system has to go more than 180*. You would have to come up with a double cable or other way to get past that hurdle.

Thanks, I'll try to remember.(for future reference -- hold down alt and type 0176 on the keypad to type a degree symbol.)

I like the other idea posted in that link, just not the 300 dollar price tag.although I don't thonk I could find everything needed for a manual t case swap for 300.
I bought a Ranger with a 13-54m for $300!! Then sold everything else for a tidy profit.
