Hey Pete - it really is not that bad, you can see the dent in the pic of me signing the banner where the whole front of the truck is visible. Yes the other driver was at fault and I will be filing a claim against his insurance for a new bumper and paint.
I am considering a newer model bumper, so time to do a bit of research.

Robert - as we were leaving Texas Motor Speedway a T-Warning came over the radio for our area - did not see anything but rain was steady all the way home. I really wish I could have gotten the banner ON the speedway - not happening . . . LOL.

Just glad you made it home ok. The warning I heard was from Belton county - about 30 minutes after I passed it. Remember the Jerrel tornado? All I can say is that there probably isn't another place on the web where somebody, on just the word of someone they've never met, will drive for 2+ hours and the other person is there. Long live TRS.

If you would move me to my actual town so I am south of Omaha rather than north it might help others lining it up. Right now it is about a little over an hour away from me.

I have the "between Omaha and Des Moines" thing because nobody outside of my area knows where in the heck Red Oak is. It gets people in the general area which is fine for most things on this forum.

We got a drizzle down here in Houston. It made the car show & Haunted House we attended a lil on the muggy side. Still a good night, overall!

Hey Pete - No chrome on my baby - I am thinking about a newer bumper, but not the entire clip. I think this time though I will go white on the bumper instead of black. I have a possible 01 bumper lined up, will see.
