My dad had an '89 std cab long bed 2.9 he bought brand new, drove it when I first got my liscense and loved it. Accidentally totaled it :dunno:and sold it and payed him off what it was worth, now after getting rid of my 4-litre mustang I found myself a 10-year-newer version of the old man's truck :headbang:

Let's see 'em!!

Almost like a virgin

Mine soon after I bought her. I had just added the wheels/tires and towbar/buggybar (shopping carts are called buggies in some places). The wheels were left over from an earlier MoPar project.

Ok, Here is my 83 Ranger I bought while I was in Special OPs. 4wd 2.8 L regular cab, standard shift with overdrive. I bought this in 85 with 23,00 miles on it.

Here it is just purchased September, 1985 (Coronado, CA) all stock:

Now for the newly added 4 inch suspension lift and 1 1/2 in bl that was custom made with spacers/bushings and I added the 33 inch tires: I added lots of lights that really worked and got me in trouble a couple of time by the CHP.

theres something about ur truck i like just dont know what lol maybe the green but its sick:headbang:

Agreed. His truck is one of my favorites:headbang:

Thanks, I wish it looked as good in real life as it does in a pic.

Whoever painted it didn't use enough hardener or something, it won't hold a shine for more than a couple days... flat green is great for hiding dents. :icon_thumby:

I am going to redo the body after I get done with the powertrain.
