so my 97 ranger needs a driver side manual locking hub.

what other vehicles will interchange hubs?

Too bad you don't live in the US. I have a brand new Warn sitting in my garage that I would sell for $50. It has never been installed, I too broke one side and had to buy a pair since I couldn't find a used one. Unfortunately by the time you pay shipping and international charges it would no longer be a deal.
